For an entire year we suffered from chronic lack of sleep which was absolutely crippling. It affected EVERY aspect of our life. It negatively impacted our ability to self-care and stay healthy, Mom & Dad’s work performance, and our daughters behavior throughout the day. It’s delayed discussions about expanding our family because, LETS BE HONEST HERE, it made focusing on intimacy nearly impossible. Jen was the driving force that changed the sleep game in my home. My daughter hit some sort of separation anxiety at around 21 months.. and by 22 1/2 months I was in the regression deep, giving into what my daughter wanted, which was me on her floor! After extensive research on my own, googling article after article, I was still so confused on where to start! I was scared to do this on my own, especially knowing every baby reacts differently to sleep training programs. I knew I had come up with a plan, but I was quick to give in to what I thought was my forever long solution of waiting for her to fall asleep before I could leave the room. Not only was I on her floor for an hour more a night, she would wake up during the night crying for me, and starting the days way too early. Then I found Jen! She understood exactly what I was going through. Having her to guide me every step of the way was just what I needed to get Charlotte to fall asleep independently on her own. It took Charlotte just ONE night of learning and she was able to fall asleep independently every night since. Jen helped me tweak her wake windows and gave me additional tidbits to keep my daughter asleep until a reasonable start time to the morning. I can say this is truly Jen's passion! She is right in the thick of it with you, texting you every step of the way, and working out the bad sleep habits. Her main goal is to set you up for long-term success, and of course what to do for any future regressions. This was exactly what I needed because I would not take the plunge of sleep training on my own. I caved way too easily without the professional guidance Jen supported me with. We are have another baby on the way, due this September, and I'm already so relieved knowing that any sleep issues will be resolved with Jen!
Jenn changed our lives! My son who was a little over 2, decided to drop his naps and was taking almost 2 hrs every night to fall asleep, with multiple night wakings. I spent all day filled with anxiety about what bedtime would be like, laying on the floor with my hand through the crib rails, singing for 2hrs and crawling out on my knees in defeat. When we had our free consultation, I literally laughed at her when she said my son would nap again. Last laugh on me, by day 2 he was napping and going to sleep on his own by 7:30pm through the night till 6:30/7am. Where do I begin???? My little one was going on 6 months & that was 6 months of not sleeping more than 3 hours. He didn’t nap in his crib ever, so that meant contact naps or driving in the car so he could fall asleep. I reached out to an old friend who mentioned they did sleep training. I asked who she used and that’s what led me to Jenn!!!!! Jenn was quick to respond, amazing communication about the whole process, and got me on the schedule quick! She was there every step of the way. The first day, my little one took a nap in the crib and I was shocked. Jenn even beat me to it sometimes when it came to texting “ like what’s next???”. The first night, texting me the whole time he was up, so I felt supported and comfortable with getting him back to sleep. By day two, naps were more consistent, and sleeping 11+ hours. Cannot even believe after 5 days, I had a sleeping little boy!!!! Even after our trial ended, Jenn would reach out to see how he did, answer ALL my questions, and is just all around so sweet! So glad I found her. Can’t recommend her enough, honestly!
Jenn is a life saver. This is the second time we've used her services, first about 2 years ago for my older son, and this time for my 6 month old. Words can't express how grateful we are for the knowledge and support she provided throughout the whole process. After six months of contact napping during the day, and 4-5 wake ups every night, he's napping indepedently in his crib and sleeping through the night! I finally feel like I have my life back! Good to Grow/Jenn was amazingly supporitve, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process. I was feeling hopeless about my son's sleeping issues and never imagined that we'd be able to change it. Jenn personalized her approach to meet our needs and now our son is going to sleep more quickly and staying asleep most nights. She is very responsive and provides helpful guidance and support. She is not rigid in her approach and adjusted it based on what she observed the first night with us. It's made a tremendous difference in our quality of life to get more sleep and to have less stress at bedtime. I can't recommend her enough and feel so grateful for all that she has done for us
Highly recommend Jenn's services! Our 3.5 year old son was struggling with both bedtime and early morning wakings. Bedtime would routinely take one to two hours and waking up at 5am was the norm. Our son's OT recommended we reach out to Jenn to help us improve his sleep patterns and routines. We've attempted sleep training previously with other consultants and the service Jenn provides is unlike any other coach we've worked with. The live monitoring and texting were crucial as she was able to guide us real-time through any issues and adapt the plan on the spot according to our child's temperament. We now have a plan in place and feel confident around bedtime. Our son's routine takes 15 minutes, he happily walks himself to bed and he's getting more quality sleep than he ever has before. We cannot thank Jenn enough for her help
I cannot recommend Jenn enough!! She has helped me sleep train my son without having to let him cry for hours at a time which was such a relief! The only thing I wish is that I found her sooner!! My son is FINALLY sleeping in his crib and Everyone in my house in sleeping....seriously the best money you will ever spend!

Speaking from a mother that gave birth, and found out just 3 months later that she had cancer, let’s just say sleep training was not the top thing on our minds. We were in survival mode, just wanting my son to sleep. That meant we were doing everything that made it easier for us, and that consisted of co-sleeping, no routine, no schedule. My son was happy, but I felt guilty. He never slept in his crib or ever woke up earlier than 10am. My sons first birthday was approaching, so I knew it was time to bring order to his life and get him in that crib. I tried for a week and he refused to every lay down. He became “the standing sleeper”. Sleeping while standing up, leaning on his crib, 12 hours straight, for 5 days straight. My pediatrician was stumped, friends had never heard of this, it was baffling. I then came across Jennifer at Good To Grow, and to say this person was incredible is not even doing her justice. She held my hand virtually throughout the entire process, day in a night out. My son was sleeping, in his crib, laying down, for 11 hours on night one. After 5 days in, my son was on a great schedule, sleeping in his crib, for naps and bed time, every single night. I was convinced he would never do this, let alone ever within less than a week. Me and my family are beyond grateful to Jennifer. After speaking with many sleep trainers, I felt I connected with her from the second we spoke. She was honest, but sweet. She cares about what she does, and makes you feel so empowered that you will be able to do this. I will absolutely be using Jennifer again whenever we have a 2nd child, and we'll be recommending Jennifer to any friend or family member that has sleep issues with their child.

Best thing I could have done for my twins and for me. The process was easier than I thought it would be. Jenn was always there to answer questions and coach my through the rough spots. I only wish I would ha so fine it sooner. After a week my boys are sleeping through the night and taking a good nap and completely off their bottles. They are eating better and even speaking more. Jenn was simply amazing to work with. The fact that she could do this virtually and walk us thru each step of the way is amazing. It was like she was here in person. Thankfully we didn’t have to bother her during the night but if we did she definitely would have deserved more money than what we paid. The pricing is perfect for a daytime schedule. But for what you do overnight you definitely need to bring up the price. My husband hates spending money and he even said you are worth every penny.

Using Good to Grow was an amazing decision for our son. Jenn helped us understand how our child's brain works and what we can do to support him as he learns a new skill - sleeping! She was available at any hour of the day/night and made us feel like family.
